RESPONSABILITIES:

• Periodic financial reporting in compliance with GAAP (monthly, annual deliverables)

• Quarterly financial ratios and related deliverables, including MD&A

• Ad hoc financial reporting and analysis as necessary

• Coordinate year-end financial statement audit; Serve as primary contact for external auditors, providing requested items in addition to addressing questions/concerns

• Recurring accounting operations, including preparation and review of manual journal entries, review of daily deposits, and billing

• Maintain and upgrade system of internal controls over financial reporting

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• CPA preferred; bachelors degree required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; Ability to develop effective solutions to unstructured problems

• Technical knowledge of GAAP

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work hands-on
